can my 2 yr old brother sit on the passenger side of my del sol? it has no air bag and i usually never take him anywhere with my car but my parents arent home and trying to go to cambodian new year. the car manual says i can but not sure.

its not a good idea, but go slow and pray you dont get in a crash, if you do he might slip through the front belts or get harmed by the restraints since he is not the right size

I personnaly have a child and he won't be sitting in the Sol for quite some years.

I haven't read the warning for a while, but I'm sure it says the seats are no good for toddler car seats, and at 2 years old, the kid needs one(at least they do down here).

 

I wouldn't do it without a car seat or at least a booster seat at minimum. He will be too short for the seatbelt to hold him properly. If you don't have the proper seats, don't do it. Especially for a party.

 

no reason to put someones safety in danger for a party, even more so your own family. Would better if you could have someone come and get you.

 

It would be fine with a properly fitting child seat.

id hope they would give a ticket if they saw that, not cause they are crooked, but its just common sense, i dont even put my 8 year old sister in the front of my civic, i still think she is too little for it
