For sale i have a GSR distributer, the cap and rotor were new as of last season the distributer works good with no issues only problem is the plug ends are cut off the end so you just have to wire it into your engine harness or wire it to new plug ends..
I had it wired into my wiring harness last year and made 400hp with this. - $30 + shipping
OEM gsr fuel rail, came off a motor with 80k on it. Ingector wire cover goes with... No issues. -$20 + Shipping
OEM B series Fuel presure regulator -$15 Shipped
B series Spark plug wire cover -$20 shipped
OEM B series radiator fan, works fine - $15 + shipping
Lug nuts- 1.25 Brand new IN BOX never used, payed a little over $30 new, still have original recept in box. Comes with chrome valve stems and caps, 20 lug nuts.

Originally yes i belive so but not totally positive, either way it will work for both or you can get the plug ends and wire it for obd1 or obd2, you'd just have to find the color chart online for the wires, thats what i did when i used it. I used it on my obd1 harness.
