If you don't know what a ground wire is - why the hell are you doing this yourself?
I have a solution - drive with your window down and yell "beep beep!" when someone gets in your way instead. Can't make it much more DIY than that.

If you are having trouble understanding the language (english) take it to a professional.
It's VERY simple.
Two wires are involved to complete the circuit. Ground (-) goes to the chassis (metal). Positive (+) goes to the horn lead. Get a circuit tester to find the horn lead and go from there.
If you can't install your own aftermarket radio, you shouldn't be doing this by yourself.........

Oh shiiiiiiiiiit. All you need to do is connect the horn wire to the horn button and ground the other connector out of the horn button.
But of course you need enough wire wrapping loosely around the shaft so that it does not wrap tight and snap apart when you turn the wheel. You can hack into the oem cable reel (the black plastic assembly that turns around and around with wire inside) if you are ambitious. I did and it took me about one hour to get it all finished. I had to cut the cable reel plastic housing so that it is only half as tall as it started. Meaning it need to be a half inch think so that the sparco steering wheel hub will bolt tightly to the steering shaft. So I removed the wires from th ecable reel and got out a dremel cutter and then sliced it in half, just like a pepperoni slicer and I kept the bottom half. Then you need to determine which wire is the horn wire, I found mine by removing the airbags then trying to ground different wires one at a time. Then you need to split the 7-wire (or whatever) casing down the middle with a knife, yes cut it in half for the entire 10 foot length or whatever it is, yes its LONG! Keep the half with the Horn Wire of course
. Now play with this wire a bit to bend it in the right direction to head up the base of the Hub to the brass colored metal disc piece at the bottom of the Hub. I removed this brass disc, slipped the one wire for the horn up against the hub, then slipped the brass disc back onto the hub.. this anchors the wire to the hub so that it will not get pulled out when you turn the wheel. Now make sure you solder this horn wire to the wire soldered on the topside of the brass disc... this was easier than soldering the wire to the disc directly. Why? -->Because you need super hi temp solder to do that and the pre-soldered wire there on the disc had a few areas I was able to solder to. Now run the pre-soldered wire from the Hub to the horn button. Attach a new piece of wire about 4 inches long to the ground connector on the horn, then to the ground connector on the Hub (Hub Ring). Plug in the battery and check that ****. Mine worked like a charm. Now make sure you have the cable reel oriented correctly (meaning you have enough slack in the wire to allow a few turns in each direction), then bolt it to the column. Then attach the Hub to the column, then the steerign wheel. Taa daa, you are fini~
You get bonus points for installing Hella Twin Supertone Honrs at this time as well.
I know you WANT pics, but I cant guarantee I'll get them anytime soon.

It might be worth checking on the gsr hub behind the steering wheel. If it's like the civic dx & civic ex, the one WITH cruise control has metal contact-canals for constant contact so no wrapping of wire is needed. Obviously, you aren't using cruise control, so you don't need to use it for that.... (I used it those canals to hard wire cd/radio controls to the cruise switch on the EX steering wheel.)
Now that I've said that - PUT A MOMENTUM SWITCH FOR THE HORN ON THE FALKING DASH!!! Who wastes time honking the horn when you can just move your **** out of the way??? Then push the horn button on the dash.
