so im replacing my srings with adjustable ones and i started on the rear cus i thought i would be the easiest. so i loosen the passenger rear lower bolt of the shock and the nut cam off but the bolt is stuck. the bolt spins but is stuck in the bushing/hole. i tried hammering it out but wouldnt budge.....am i missing something here???

please help i am lost

 

its a known problems with these cars. You are not gonna like my answer but i had to torch mine off.

 

Torch it, cut it, whatever needs to be done but that's what we did while changing mine. ****in pain in the ***, I wish I had just paid a shop to do change my shocks.

 

Just wait, buy aftermarket shocks and blox lca's cause your just gonna blow the factory shock anyway if you lower it on them. Its sounds like alot more money but you'll save money and time in the long run.

 

Use a Jack to take some pressure off try wiggling it around

 

if its just stuck and the bolt hasn't broken yet... just take hammer and force it out of the hole.
