Default Anyone heard of the Guardian Tracker GPS Security System?

Hey all,

I'm interested in getting some added security and someone recommended the Guardian Tracker GPS Security System. I'm not really sure who makes it and haven't found very much info about it at all. However, you can find it on the internet at several random cheezy websites, see links below. And based on its description, it appears to be an ideal system.

What do you guys think? Any thoughts or recommendations are appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

-Up to 10 Geofence boundaries which may overlap (keep out and / or stay within)
-Lowest overall cost of operation with highest reliability in real world situations
-Absolutely no annual, activation, transfer or monthly fees

-Unit may be transferred to another vehicle or owner at any time without transfer fees
-External GPS and Cellular antennas for stealth installation and superior reception
-Largest coverage area – uses every GSM cell tower in US, Canada and Mexico
-Minimal battery drain for seasonal vehicles or extended vacations

-Power interrupt / low battery alert with battery backup – locate unit even if wires are cut
-Field tested 96% reliability vs 60% response for leading competitor
-Certified installer is not required. Owners may self-install to save money

I also found some more GPS Tracking options at http://www.brickhousesecurity.com/gp...e-logging.html. Am I confused here...these units are pretty much for GPS Tracking and not really for Security purposes but can be???
