Default Problem after installing new Transmission/Clutch/Flywheel

I have a 06 Base and this past weekend i swapped out my transmission with a 6 Speed, the clutch for a exedy OEM replacement clutch and a 10lb lightened flywheel. I filled the Transmission with Amsoil Transmission fluid. After the swap was done, I re-bleed my clutch lines. When i took it out for a test drive i noticed that the engagement point was close to the floor. I adjusted it now the engagement point is higher than before.

Now i'm running into a problem now where it is difficult for me to get into reverse, 1st and 6th. When i'm in 1st and i have the clutch pedal pressed in, the car will actually start to move forward! I assume what was happening was the clutch wasn't completely separated from the flywheel, so i went back to the clutch pedal and adjusted it some more. Now I've adjusted the pedal as far back as i can and i'm still seeing the same symptoms as before.

Is the base hydraulic system different from the type s? Is it my Clutch Master Cylinder? Slave Cylinder?

not sure if this would help, but here's my o2; I had similar problem with my a3 5sp tranny prior to my swap. I couldn't disengage from 1st gear and the car would slowly move forward even with my foot off the clutch. Shut the engine off and on, still wouldn't disengage. Let it stall after the first shut on & off; wah la, back to normal. Called around and had some mechs. look at it and what I got from them was bad throw-out bearing. Never found out if that really was the reason because I ended up going with 6sp swap..., but the throwout bearing from a3 tranny did look pretty beat up. Hope it helps and GL.

BTW, how's the racing scene in AZ nowadays? We used to go PIR in the weekends and the old shut down airport near cavecreek back in the days..., until the bust that is... LOL
Good times, good times...

pull the kick pannel under the dash, slide the drivers seat back and crawl under the dash....the manual sayz you should have about 3/8's to 1/4 if free play in the the clutch peddle...this is adjusted with a threaded rod that attaches to the clutch peddle arm way up under the dash........thats where you adjust it.

When i changed the clutch and flywheel i put in a new throw out bearing. I don't think the new one has gone back this quickly.

I've adjusted the the clutch pedal already many times. Its still the same result. Is the entire Clutch Master Cylinder hosed?
