no they're not. different fitment I think .

I think the front might possibly fit, but the rears will need minor adjustments to make it fit. hopefully I find the 99-00 ones (perfect fit) because if I do modify the 96-98, I get really picky with trying to even make the small errors look legit lol .

 

Good luck getting those 99-00 mudguards, it's gonna be a mission
