as long as you build better then you spell we will be ok.
What are your power goals for the car?
What will it be used for?
Whats your budget?
All things to consider

Best thing to do is first swap the motor , completely .

Drive for a bit, and then decide what you want out of the car.

( example, more torque, more fun, more rpm , etc etc etc ).

a setup for the head ( cams,springs,retainers ) is a good $ 1000 you get 10-20 hp gain

turbo kit ( cheap ) is about $ 1500 you get 50-80 hp gain

If your looking to boost i wouldnt worry about uilding the head right away. putthat money towards a good turbo setu and upgrade later on down the road.

well 250-300HP is not going to be attainable in all motor form for $1500. Even if you were to swap the bottom end you wont make 250HP for $1500, unless you get like a free LS block lol. Just turbo it, you can put together a decent turbo setup for $1500 and any turbo can get you to 250-300hp on stock internals.

If you're going to boost a B16, I'd suggest internals first.. How long do you really think a 10.4:1 motor with stock internals will last making 250-300hp? Even with an extremely good tune and fuel management a stock b16 wont last more than a few weeks running anything more then 8-10lbs of boost.

rofl what are you talking about? the internals are strong enough to make 300hp. The rods are not tiny like the D series rods, and the pistons and walls are not going to crack unless you have a shitty tune. A stock B series can handle 300HP. There is a moderator on here with a stock GSR running around 400WHP and hes had it for years. Its all about the tune more than anything else.

Well hopefully nothing happens because I might just go turbo on stock internals I was thinkin 7psi 250hp to 270hp just to be safe and until I get enough money for the internals plus I need to somebody that does great tunes on these engines.

you can run a ebay turbo kit, just make sure you get it tuned. The tune is the biggest thing about going turbo. No tune = boom.

Which means I would have to get the car towed there or it can still run as long as I dont push it type of deal. And also what do you think about those ebay turbos some people say they are okay good enough and some people say they suck ***.

The only way to safely get it there would be towed/trailered. if you HAD to drive it dont let that turbo spool at all.

Dam that would be hard especially with out a tune who knows when the turbo would spool up i know with a tune its should spool up at 4 to 5 rpm depending on the turbo size.

A guy had a ITR motor on here (11:1) he turbo'd and it was fine. It was making a few hundred on pump gas and got up to like 400 something on E85. If you have it around, it's not a bad idea, it's like cheap race gas.

Just get a used Garret or some name brand turbo, they're not that expensive. Ebay turbos are notoriously hit or miss. Some people have luck, some people have them grenade. No matter what, they don't spool as quick and can't be rebuilt as easily I don't think. You can cheap out on the intercooler and piping as well as some other little stuff since you're on a budget. Some guy in the for sale section has a Precision 350hp intercooler for 110 shipped, I paid like 160 for mine in a little better looking shape. Some of the K series injectors are bigger and you could use those, or DSMs. You don't have to tune on Hondata if you can't afford it, Chrome is decent.

the tune does not dcide when the turbo spools, displacement, compressions engine temps etc. do. dont be fooled by that.
