Default chip burner help...pics inside

First off....I bought this burner from craigslists (probably my first mistake). I was told it was the moates 1 burner. I have tried to find info on it, but no luck.

Can anyone identify this burner?

What position should i have these switches in?

Does the chip go on the furthest left part of the socket?

Or the furthest right?

THANKS!!

A two second search for "USB Parallel Chip Burner" on google revealed that's a Willem Enhanced Universal burner.

Not even kidding, your unit is on the first page.

I always go with the obvious. In this case your chip burner has a USB port and a parallel port. "USB Parallel Chip Burner" was a winner in search.
