Transmission cooler?
Well I know on the cd5's, the transmission cooler was built into the radiator for automatic trannies. If you have a cd5, maybe you can just run the radiator from an automatic and figure out how to run the lines. Otherwise, I know companies make aftermarket kits, but they get pricy.

Just go to Autozone or similar and pick up a transmission cooler. Get w/e size you want. It will come with extra lines and whatnot to hook it up to your current lines. Shouldn't be more than $30-40
I haven't installed one on my Accord, but plan to. Though we did put one on our 94 Spirit at 30,000 miles and the transmission NEVER had a problem even at 190,000 miles, and thats saying something b/c the mid 90's trannys from Chrysler were junk.
You'll need to put in a bit more tranny fluid (it should tell you how much) and ALSO if you live in a climate where it gets cold, more than likely you'll have to let your car sit a couple minutes before you can drive it. Reason is that the tranny cooler thickens up the fluid in the extreme cold so it won't go into gear until the fluid gets a little warm. Doens't hurt anything though.
They usually recommend to run the tranny line to the cooler and THEN the radiator which makes not sense because the radiator is going to heat the fluid back up. We install them so it goes to the radiator first and THEN the cooler, then back to the tranny. Some people JUST use the tranny cooler but its not recommended.
