i currently have a crx w/ b16, i/h/e and clutch. I was considering zex cams, new retainers (i heard the 1 gen b16 one are ****), cam gears, vafc and a 50 shot zex kit. A couple of questions

1) anyone heard anything about the zex b16 cams
2) What retainers should i get

3) What brand cam gears should i get

4) Overall opinion of this setup, in terms of hp/ gains v.s. cost
