How to check my OBD? also is it possible to tune AF without a wideband?
ok,this might be a very stupid question, but here it goes anyways...
i have a 92 JDM integra DA5 with a B16A swaped in it. Now i want to know what OBD is it? is it a OBD0/OBD1/OBD2?
anyway i can check it out?
also i would like to know if somehow i can check/tune my A/F ratio. i tried the local garage but they cant tell much. Anyway i can check it?. my car has has ITR cams and rechiped with an ITR program in it,i dont know what it means but this is what my previous owner told me
some help please

If you have a chipped ecu then its running on an obd1 ecu. Your da should be an obd0 model. And NO you CANNOT tune AFR without a wideband..
it has a silver box near the leg area of the passengers seat. the previous owner opened it with a screw driver, then took out a chip and then there was a socket. Then he again put in another chip and gave the stock one to me in a tiny box. its like those old removable BIOS chips of computers, pentium 3 motherboards.
so is my car a obd0 or obd1? i mean which after market parts should i get for this car?obd0 or obd1?
also can i somehow check my AFR now? now bout if i re-learn the ecu?(remove the plug for a while then re install) will that help anyway to restore the AFR at a better position?

Your car is generally an Obd0, the owner converted the ecu to an obd1. Just get mods to your motor spec. Typically almost all B series Vtec motors are interchangeable. And again you need Wideband kit to check your AFR. "You need to be obd1 in order to tune your motor" which according to your replies tells me that you are running a chipped obd1 ecu.
Actually 92-93 Integras are OBD1. Pretty much any b-series VTEC parts will interchange, some exceptions are the B18C1 out of the 94up GSR's intake manifolds will not interchange with B16/B17/B18C5. The header is usually vehicle specific due to the length of the collector and where it bolts up to the cat. Your vehicle's years (92-93) came with the option of a B17A which is similar to the B16A so you can order pretty much any parts for the B17A or B16A engine and it should bolt up fine.
