I was wondering if you could post what kind of car you have and how long did your original OEM clutch last?

 

96 hatchback DX, D16y7 bone stock. Car has almost 219k miles and still has original clutch in it.

 

I have a 97 Civic DX. It's got 149,000 miles and I THINK it still has the original clutch, but maybe not. It works well though.

My buddy has a 98 CRV 5 speed with 195,000 and it still has the original clutch, but it's definitely on the way out.

They are good for 200k

 

^Broad statement, really depends on driving style/experience. But oem clutches on stock D-series tend to last forever for sure. Modded B-series usually can use a little bump up to an Exedy or any other tad bit more aggressive street disc.
