Default new member, looking to buy a rsx

i currently drive a cobalt, and its currently going back to stock then im selling it. for my next car, im looking at a rsx. there is one around me for sale, 06 5 speed vtec. my question is, whats the difference between the motor in the 06 base model then the type s? is it worth buying a base or am i better off saving my money and waiting for a type s to show up around my area?

Type S should be your only RSX option. It would be a waste to get a base. Just save up the extra and then when you have it you will be sooo glad you did.

this is the worst advice....i would save for the 05-06 type-s, if you can afford it, just shop around...they are out there for good prices...its a better platform over the 02-04 type-s

Seriously in the time you took to make this thread and post three times in here you could have atleast went to Wikipedia and looked up rsx or dc5 and researched from there it answers your questions...

You got the wrong site, go to *****-tech.com .

I'm not a dick all this time you have wasted trying to be spoon fed, could have been well spent doing research yourself.

I think you're missing the point here..., HT and its members are here to help each other out with questions or inquiries that are not ordinary or require some insightful information/recommendations, but definately not here to answer questions that could easily be googled...

I'm surprised no one has yet to post "letmegoogleforyou.com" thing here, LOL...
