Post HELP: D16Y8 Engine

I need help with a problem i'm facing..

I know i have a vacuum leak but i've no idea where from.. I'll be completely stopped with the clutch in and brakes on, and it'll rev for no apparent reason? And i'll go to just regularly take off and it will want to stop? It's hard to explain but if you get what i'm talking about please help me out.

Try checking out your IACV. Idle Air Control Valve. My gf's car had the same issue, I took it off and gave it a good cleaning and the erratic idle stopped. It also affected acceleration, so Im guessing thats it.

Check all hoses connected from your booster to your manifold. like ek_jap said, might be a vacuum leak. When you removed your manifold the first you might accidentally ripped a hole in one of those hoses. They can get pretty dried out at times. Hit us up with update?
