Default anybody has B16A with Type R flywheel?

is Type R flywheel lighter than B16A flywheel? is it worth it to upgrade stock flywheel to Type R flywheel? thanks in advance...

Tye type R flywheel is 15 pounds...I know because I weighed it myself. Other B-series flywheels are 18 pounds.

I won't notice a difference because I bought the Type R flywheel used to go on my B20 swap...but it should make a little bit of a difference. If I were you, i'd save for a lighter one I got this one because it was cheap
