just now trying to learn how to tune and was wandering if anyone new where to download some free tuning software. and does it mtter if your chip is tuned with one software n u r trying to tune with another?

You are usually better off with paid systems like Hondata, Neptune & eCtune.

If you're just trying to learn. Search for Crome on google and you should find a link that will lead you to a website that you can download the free version of Crome.

 

You can download pretty much all of the ROM editors for free. It's the ability to burn the files to a chip or run the calibration files on an RTP (Ostrich / Demon) that will cost you money...

In the end you gotta pay to play!
