Icon3 Tranny issues after Engine Swap. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Ok so heres the deal . I have a 1993 Honda Accord SE 4 speed automatic. It had a F22A4 16 valve engine in it. Just dropped a F22B DOHC Non Vtec engine in... Bolted right up to the tranny with no issues there. I used the Wiring harness from my old F22A4 for the new engine and aside from 1 plug being different (I just cut the plug off the one and swapped it on the other.. No biggy) I had no issues with the harness matching up. Very Easy swap to be honest. The new engine runs perfect. NOW THE PROBLEM (Which did not occur until right after the engine swap). If I shift the tranny manually it goes through all the gears just fine (No slipping etc ect.. PERFECT). If I put it in D4 it will shift at around 3000 to 3500 rpm's.... Even with the pedal to the floor. Also.... shifting from 2nd to 3rd in D4 it almost feels like it slips??!!! I already replaced solenoids A and B with two I picked up from a junk yard.. No luck there. Also in D4 it basically has no kickdown. I tried adjusting the kickdown plate cable about 20 different ways... No luck there either .. Transmission fluid is right at the full line and holding 2. Could the problem be that I have to replace the ECU to match the F22B? And what about the TCM? Does that Have anything to do with the new engine at all working with the tranny? The Engine came out of a 92 through 95 Prelude... The company that I bought the engine through said EVERYTHING WAS COMPATIBLE... Simply swap the engines and use my old harness. I'm really at a loss here.. OOOOHHHH Ya and get this... My instrument cluster does not have the D4 or S trouble lights..... Could my instrument cluster be from a manual transmission car? And the only code im getting from the check engine light is 7... Thats TPS sensor... It idles fine and I even tested the sensor to double check.. Its in spec.. Any help WOULD BE GREAT!!! Thanks in advance.......
