Anyone know what pen/marker pick n pull uses for warranty stuff?
So i bought i honda engine last week from a local pick n pull and I took it to a machine shop to have it all checked out and cleaned. After i picked it up i was nice and clean and found out it was cracked. So i put it all together and tried to return it and I couldnt get credit or an exchage because the manager said it didnt have the marks on it. A worker told me some number and told me to write them on the block and I cant find the pen they used. I remember it was a yellow and sometimes other color ball point pen/marker that is oil based this is like a fluorecent.
I live in sacramento and theres 3 differeant pick n pulls and two of them use a purple marker and the other one uses a green both are flourescent. Whar you could do is buy something and make sure they weite on that item you get and pay attenion on what kind of marker it is..
