Default 93 Prelude hesitating really bad

Hey All,

My 93 Prelude is having some problems. The car will barely start and when it does start it hesitates the entire time I'm driving it.

I took it to 2 mechanics and none can find the problem. One said he's sure it's a sensor but he doesn't know which one. The other said it's probably the starter but he's not sure. Anyone have any ideas?

Does the hesitation go away in the higher RPMs? Does the car stop accelerating at a certain RPM? Is the timing belt on correctly? Do you have any air leaks?

Yeah the hesitation goes away when the RPMs are higher. I don't know if it's the timing belt of if there are air leaks.
