Im currently in the process of removing the stock knuckles/trailing arm and upgrading with DA Brakes.
But to have HX wheels on the Integra hub is a no go. brake calipers are to big..

Gotta upgrade to Blox or ARP Extended lug nuts w/spacers

i was told by weaksauce. that the AEM lug nuts are unsafe with OEM wheels. because of the fact that OEM lug nuts have an "acorn" seating. and AEM lug nuts are far more "tapered" and are designed for rims like rotas, drag, & real deal wheels etc..

what i want to know is there any "opened end" OEM sytle lug nugs? or will i be fine with blox lug nuts and just make sure i torque em down to specs.(which i always do)

you've never seen open ended stock lugs? comes with cars that has oem rims with the huge center caps.. to cover the lugs..

 

i say scratch the new lugs and spacer and just grind down the edge of the brak caliper mounting bracket. easy fix and in noway harms the performance or depenability of the braking system.
