obd0 b16 to obd2 dizzy wiring (help)

Default obd0 b16 to obd2 dizzy wiring (help)

so im trying to convert the wiring on my dizzy i have an obd2 dizzy and im trying to put the wiring so I can plug it in my car witch is obd0 well only the plug is obd0 im converting everything to obd1

I assumed it was color match and most of the wires where except for to last wires witch both looked white coming out of my obd0 clip one of them is by it self but i go to search and i come up with a diagram and acording to it everything is all mixed up can anyone clarify
