Another Rear Sway Bar gives. Are 4th gen/5th gen the same?

My rear bar finally gave. I was wondering if the 4th gen and 5th gen rear sway bars are the same? I've been researching and read it, but from older threads. Whatever route I go i'm definatley going to weld my brackets on. Kansas winters suck.
