can we make a list of items that are interchangable from other cars? ie. Legend,Wagon, the van *cant think of name*, prelude..

like i know several nissans can use the cobra mass air sensor. and its huge... just wondering if we can put it together

 

Suspension, brakes, maybe starters, alternators, sparkplugs, plug wires....of course granted same OBD and same engine.

 

The shift lever is pretty nifty

 

cant we use like a CL sway bar or somethign. cause alot of times other models might be cheaper to order and if they fit .. why not?

 

6th gen Accords can use 2nd gen CL swaybars.

 

with the proper tools and imagination almost everything is interchangeable, the starter is not though

prelude knuckles will fit with a tie rod and lower ball joint swap, the engine/tranny(duh), seats, suspension (with a little modifying for brake line placement) etc., etc.

other things like the New generation Civic SI brakes are interchangeable

**** my suspension is a combination of four different setups...........

 

the starter IS interchangable

 

really see i like to see what other cars have stuff we can use

 

Other things are clutch, flywheel, fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, alternator.... All of these can be bought and interchanged between the two cars.

 

I hear the steering rack can be put on Accords to improve the steering ratio.

 

You guys are forgetting that the clutches and trannies interchange.
