wiring harness

what is the best way to fix my whole wiring harness because they guy that i bought my car from did a really bad micky mouse job and most of my components dont work right

take it apart and solder all connections that are messed up or butt connected. or you can start over with a new (used virgin) harness

I would suggest first trying to source a complete harness for a good price and just replacing it. Electrical nightmares can be just that, especially if you're not the one who ripped it apart to begin with.
