Default 90 HF with SI mani swap

OK well a long story short is I just got a 90 HF thats having some EGR and map sensor problems. So I was just going to swap my Si intake mani to get rid of the problems, but it just gave me more lol. The problem I'm having is with the map sensor and egr plug. I was just going to use my si map sensor but I noticed my hf has 2 plugs. 1 is identical to the si map plug (round 3 wire plug) but the 2nd plug is a 4 wire plug and my si map has a 2 wire plug? Can I just swap the 2 wire plug from my si and leave the 2 other wires unplugged or will that throw a code? And my 2nd problem is the egr. The si mani doesn't have this so theres nothing to plug into. So once again my question is should I just leave it unplugged?
