well just got done with my swap into my eg sohc zc block with a z6 head running a p28 ecu..when i rev it in nuetral it revs fine gets in the high rpm's but then when you put in in first it starts to bog and doesnt pull..no power..the sounds there but no go..i changed my oil,oil filter,spark plugs and wires,cap and rotor and i checked the timing from the pully and the cam shaft and my firing order is right...

cant find out what can it be??

What type of wiring setup are you using? Jumper? Any check engine lights?

 

No jumper..obd1 and I'm not having any check engine lights...would it be the clutch?? Or the throttle pOsition sensor? Making it bog...

 

Check the tps and the iacv. Sounds like one of the two is the cause. Just to make sure your check engine light is working though?
