I swapped in a d16a6 with the dpfi to mpfi conversion, changed to obd1 injectors also its getting fuel/spark already double checked wiring it cranks but wont start any ideas? thanks ahead of time.

 

Why OBD1 injectors? If you do that, then you need to remove the resistor box.
One thing that is very easy to miss is the wiring at the distributor. You should have two white wires at the distributor. One of them is not supposed to be white, but over time the color fades to white and it's hard to tell the original color.
Try switching the two white wires at the distributor plug, see if that helps.

 

Have you checked compression, spark, fuel?
Plug wires in the correct places on the cap?

Since you swapped this motor in, might want to take the distributor cap off and rotate the engine until the distributor rotor is aimed to the #1 point. Take the #1 plug out and make sure the piston is TDC.

 

We checked the wiring, its all good. Fuel and spark are good, its in time. We are checking compression today, when we crank the motor by hand with the valve cover off there is a whistleing noise.
