since portland is being a lazy douche ill anwer, pull the carpet back on pasenger side and you'll see the ecu. it wil flash a consecutive number of flashes. if it flashes a different pattern, then each different pattern(1 flash= code 1,4= code4 ect) means another different code.

well 6 water temp sensor and 17 is vehicle speed sensor.for 17 check your VSS and see if the sensor is broken or not,if not.make sure to put it in all the way til it clicks and make sure you have the clip that locks it in place and number 6 you probably need a new thermostat

i think the vss is broken, its where the speedo cable goes in right? if it is, there was a piece that was broken...as for the thermostat where is that located? there are many cars like mine at the junkyard so i can go pick one up there next week

yes the VSS is the cable that goes into your tranny.you can buy a new one at the dealership for like 20 bucks.well i can lol since i get discount.so replace that and just follow your lower radiator hose to your thermostat.should be below your intake mani

the vss i picked up about a week ago at the junkyard...when i pulled it out the motor was sitting on it, forcing me to pull up the motor and have someone pull the cord out, the rear and right side motor mount was off..so if i get another one the problem should be solved..?

i know right, keep my motor cool hahah but it doesnt bother me that it turns on when i turn the car on, kinda weird tho never happened to me, but its just that it blows so loud, the coolant level could probly be the reason why it blows loud? how loud it was i put my camera behind my car to record the sound of my exhaust and you could hear the fan blown
