Code 20 (electronic load detection) first add another ground from the negative on the battery to ur chassis. If that don't work replace the fuse box under the hood that's where your (eld) is but can't be replaced so u have to replace the whole fuse box. I'll get back to u on the other codes but let me know if that helps u.

10 is intake air temp sensor this shouldnt put in limp, i checked mine and its getting 0 volts , 6 is water temp sensor its getting 1/2 volt i was told this is what is causing the 3500 limp, 4 is crank position sensor it hould cause a 4500 limp, i havent found the issue with it , its a brand new dizzy so i dont know why it would be bad , and yes 3500 is all i got . only thig i can figure its the wiring , what kind of ecu jumper do you have and where did you get it?mines an ebay special , though it might be the problem , i think im just going to get a chase bays mil spec harness and be done with it . ill be getting it in two weeks ill let you know if that fixed it till then im subscribed to this thread!

i dont think its my step up works perfect in my friends crx we got the same one and for wiring everything is plug and play so dont see y that would be a problem ima change my distributor and see if that does anything and i dont see how the water temp sensor would cause the car not to rev past 3500 but ima change mine see if it does anything......

Drive it, if the ECU is chipped it may have launch control, it usually disengages around 5-8MPH

A friend of mine had the same problem. Ended up being that the harness was to tight and when driving it would pull on the fuel injector plug just enough to give him grief. Try and make sure the fuel injector plugs are all clean and seated correctly.

I have the same prob. I put a B18A1 in my 91 CRX DX and it only goes to 3200 rpm. I dont have hardly any of the vac. lines hooked up right now so i was just guessing thats what it was. Havent checked what codes it is throwing. Woud the o2 (i think) sensor on the muffler have anything to do with this?

P.S. Bump

you have to check your wiring. code 4 is crank position sensor. double, quadruple check pins c1 and c2, orange and white. make sure the pins are in the ecu connector good, etc. i suffered with this problem for 4 months and came to be a bad wire connection.

well i figured it out on mine , the chassie harness is not the same as the engine harness , im breaking down and getting everything done at chase bays , im just going to replace it all and be done with it , but just so you know it is the wiring , trace everything back to the ecu and make sure there going to the correct pin . mines all f'ed up and my shitt isnt going to the corrrect pins , i hate wiring so much im just going to spend the g to fix it right , good luck with yours and hope you can trace everything with no problems

My hatch is also in limp mode it 3500. Hondata says 1. injectors 2. Vtec spool.
I'll be at 7k or so when it hits and till cuts my fuel till my RPMs drop to 3500. Im going to try MrZensoku's idea. Does anyone know how to clean a Vtec solenoid?

Replace the gasket, it has mesh that sometimes gets clogged with old oil or metal shavings.
