So my steering rack has a clunking noise when you turn back in forth and shakes when you brake over 40 mph, that is diagnosed. Is their a way to fix it without replacing the rack? Also, if I do have to get a new rack, where is the cheapest place to get one? Thanks.

Pretty sure. I had someone turn the steering wheel back and forth while I looked under the hood. It came from the steering rack, it sounds like there's play inside the rack. Wierd thing is you can't feel anything in the steering wheel or brake pedal, you can tell it's coming from where the steering rack is located, up near the dash/firewall.
