Del Sol Wire Harness Diagram
I am in need of a Del Sol Wire Harness Diagram (93?)
Pretty much, I bought a used Del Sol 2.5 years ago. It had a alpine pos tape deck in it. Switched out to a CD-non mp3 Dual head unit (free because it was my brothers). Then I needed MP3 so I bought a Pioneer. Much later I bought a sub woofer, and realized I needed high pass and low pass filters, so I just recently bought a new Pioneer 3200ub.
I got up early, to install this morning, figured it would be a quick redo since I've done it many times before, go outside, turned the car to acc, got the cd out of my old unit, turned the car off, and began unplugging everything. Used the old adapter harness (wire splice into your cars adapter, so you don't ruin your OE harness) and the new pioneer harness for the unit. Plugged everything in, right wires with the right wires, put it in place, screwed everything in. Turned the car on, so my sub doesn't rain my battery when the unit turns on, when I noticed the unit wasn't turning on. Undid everything, plugged in my old unit, the old unit now wont turn on.
So next I figure, my amp has direct leads to the battery's positive and negative, and the remote lead goes to my head units power antenna wire, so If I wire my head unit right, it should turn on. So I did, and bam, it turned on like gold.
Next I start looking at the harness...... It looks like the original harness was there, and then there was a clip attached to it, with the same harness piece at the other end. That piece leads to 2 things. Something that leads to the rear of my car (no clue where it goes as of right now, I'm at work) and the other leads through my dash, under my steering wheel, into the interior fuse box, where the 12v always on is, and its plugged in.
Basically, I need to fix this shotty b.s. wire setup. I need to get everything fixed so its not crappy. If the OE harness wasn't providing power, the person before me should have fixed it, not go around it.....
Any idea's about all this is welcome, and a wire harness diagram for the audio is needed. Thanks in advance.

Never mind people, turns out the idiot who owned the car before me, when he ran that wire from the power/ground of the harness splice, to the 12v fuse box in the car. I ended up cutting it off the harness and pulling it down, revealing an inline fuse box that was not seen before. In it was a 10amp fuse that was blown to smithereens. I cut the fuse box out (since my pioneer head unit has a mini 10amp fuse built in, no need for extra) and wired it up straight, and it works again. Now tonight I'm going to buy some wire and tomorrow re-wire everything without a crappy fuse box.... I might even bypass the OE harness and just wire everything up straight to the head unit, don't know yet. Thanks for reading....
