Power Streeting Pump Replacement
Hi, my sister has a 1997 Accord (2 ltr engine) with a leaking power streeting pump. It's mostly spraying fluid onto the timing cover and the hood.
Is replacement of the part as straight forward as it appears to be? I noticed there's a "seal kit" available for this pump, but does anyone have some information on how to rebuild one?
Thanks for any input. I don't want to go out and buy a service manual for what appears to be a simple procedure.

If similar to my 90-93's, pretty easy to repair. I bought all the seals from Majestic (it'll show you an exploded view), just disassemble, clean, reassemble, reinstall. Take the opportunity to replace as much of the fluid in the system as possible (if it's been spraying, you may already have a bunch of new fluid in it. When I did mine, seals ran around $50, a lot cheaper than replacing the whole unit.
I bought the autozone seal kit for about 20$

Thanks for the replies... exactly what I needed. As for the car, after looking through the service records it appears to be way overdue for a timing belt as well. Luckly, I already found a very good write-up on this board.
