Default What type of cluster is this?

I recently read that an EDM cluster has red pins and USDM and Canadian clusters have white ones. The seller tells me he pulled this out of and EDM civic in the netherlands. So is this really EDM? Also if it is EDM its not plug and play rite? Thanks for helping.

All the EDM clusters I've seen go to 150 MPH and tach to 9K...
That just looks like a wanna be JDM cluster.

OP: That is most likely a legit EDM cluster ... I base this on the fact that the speedo goes up to 200km/h and does not have mph markings. It is not UKDM - where they measure in mph - nor is it really special ... tach redlines at ~6500 ... no low fuel light ... price is right, though, I guess. Shipping is killer though.

Europe has a LOT of JDM imported cars there. That looks to be a jdm spec Si or 1.5X which is the car that came with the zc engine. I used to have one

I've had both edm and jdm clusters......

jdm cluster is plug and play

edm cluster required me to swap the edm gauges into the usdm housing....takes 15 mins
(you would need a usdm Si cluster housing)

Pretty sure that's an EDM model. All jdm Honda clusters read a max of only 180 kph

It's definitely not either of those. Both had higher redlines.

The 1.5X was a twin carb model. 105 PS @ 6500rpm and redlined around 6800 or just under 7k.

ok, i found it!! I have an extensive collection of brand new condition factory Honda brochures from around the world

That cluster is from a 1990 Honda Civic 1.5i GLX

1493cm3

66 kw (90 pk)/ 6000rpm

redline 6500 rpm

119 Nm/4700 tpm

Ran on a dpfi system

Also using the same cluster is the Civic 1.6i

81kW (110 pk)/ 6300rpm

134 Nm/5200 tpm

This car ran a sohc mpfi system

Yes.

That one on the bottom left is a great read

I have bit of other general Honda literature, but only the EF stuff really does it for me.
