so my accord doesn't seem to be getting any power. Thought it was a dead battery but when we hook up the jumper cables, the running lights come on in the front and the rear but nothing else will happen. It sounds like the AC pump is also running. We check most of the fuses under the dash and under the hood. Any idea's?

 

Do you hear a "CLICK" come from then engine bay when trying to start your car?

 

no clicks, no nothin.

went down and got a new battery and still nothing.

 

What happened before everything stopped working? Fuse 19 (40A) in the under hood fuse box may be blown (it's a square shaped fuse)
