Well went get some food today. when I was turning in the drive thru I honked the horn. The car drop a few rpms thought it was me letting off the gas. Well I get home and honked my horn to find out what happened and it dropped rpms again so I tried holding the horn and then the car rpms drop to 0. I turn the key and starts right up. Tried rolling up and down the windows playing the radio lights the works and nothing. only when honking my horn. This is on a 93 delsol s its a auto to manuel swap with a b18c if that helps also put the 30 chip in it was made for just to get rid of the govner and to set up lauch control.

 

Werid. Sounds like something is grounding out.

 

id have to say check wires in and around your steering column/wheel. see if any have rubbed through.
