I am looking at a 99 4dr LX, but have always been an EF/EG guy. Never owned a newer civic and want to know what I need to look out for.
I also am unsure on a the price, I got him down to $2800
1999 Civic LX 4DR
209,xxx miles, auto, power windows, door locks, clean body/interior and clean title. Has all maintenance records for the car.
Help me out guys, let me know what you think.

What I am asking, since Honda in all their wisdom to make a profit, changed/upgraded suspension, engine, OBD, body parts, etc.
I am looking to see if anybody has some insight into common problem area's/parts on a 1999 body style civic, that would be different than an EG.
Thanks for your answer on checking the bushing's though.
