Im not sure about so cal in specific but generally speaking, here you can go to most petrol/gas stations that have truck stops, and they have a scale for trucks. Your honda will easily fit on any axle block. They will charge you! But when they print you a reciept, it will say, axle 1: 2150 or what ever works fine for me..

 

recycling center. say you have cardboard or newspaper and youll get a printout.

If you ever go to lacr on wed or fri, weigh in your car @ the scales on the way back to the staging lanes. Make sure you go early enough that you can still see the scale.
