passing state inspection

i have a 90 crx si on koni yellows and h&r race springs...

is there a minimum height the car has to be from the ground to pass state inspections?

by the way, im in maryland..

i know in nj it is 22 1/2 from center of headlight to street. I went with much lower like 17 and thwy didnt look.....most of the time they dont even look....just go and see
