That interior has been on eBay for over a year now and it's missing the rear trunk box.
The seats are grey, although the inconsistent lighting makes them look brown...they're nothing special. It's puzzling to me that sellers would try to sell something like this and not take the time to take decent pictures of their stuff. Check the eBay user prodejayautosales if you want to see JDM parts photographed and described properly so that they actually sell for what they're worth.
The lace seat tops were a Honda Access accessory. Uncommon to find these days, but any taxi cab you hop into in Japan has these in their back seats. Never cared for them myself.
He's stuck with his price of $800 throughout the entire time. These interiors, complete with necessary mounting hardware usually go for $400 plus shipping. Black would be a bit more. He's smoking crack if he thinks he'll get $800 plus shipping for this setup. Without the trunk box, think...$200 at best. Hell, I don't think it will ever sell without a trunk box now that I think about it.
However, if he parted out the rear interior and seat covers, he'd probably make close to $400-500.

The seats aren't brown, they're gray. Check the last 2 pics and you'll see one seat that looks brown/tan and the other one looks gray. The photography is a big FAIL, not the seats.

Like the other responses, That set is UGLY as HELL.
LMFAO!!!
I wouldn't spend a penny on them much less 100 bucks.

Those white laced up "Civic" covers are actually really rare. They're optional, I forget their name but they're in the catalog. Not that many floating around at all. Especially on this side of the pond.

HAHA!
