Ok ive done this before on my Civic and Prelude without a problem. However there are two bolts that just wont budge. I dont know if they are seized or if there is a nut holding them in place. I sprayed some WD-40 on them and then used a nut driver with almost all my strength and they wont budge. Its the bolt right next to the coolant resevoir and the other is one next to the radiator hoses. Any suggestions?
what are we talking about here? your air cleaner box or the intake manifold? the air cleaner box is easy, 10mm socket and remove. if it won't come you're either a pansy or have a really short ratchet

The air cleaner box. I have a good size nut driver. Just wanted to make sure ITR intake boxes werent different then others. With the amount I was twisting it seem like someone had put a nut at the bottom. I think I might have stripped the bolt head.
side note: IMO wd-40 is a REALLY lame excuse for a penetrating oil.
get a product called "In-Force" by BG for these sorts of things -

place nut driver in your tool box
get 3/8 ratchet or 1/2 if you really want to get nutty
get 6" extension
get 10mm socket
mr potato head those 3 together and remove the bolt
