I just did an my first swap with pretty much only the service manual as guidance, all went well except now the car doesn't move, here the background info

Car had d16a6 block (Which I threw a rod) and is a 5 sp, I replaced with a d15b7 I got from the junk yard and it was just the block and head, I had to transfer over everything else. The d15b7 also had a flywheel from an AT so I took that off and transfered over my flywheel, and the rest of the clutch

After putting the engine back in and hooking everything back up, turned it over and it ran awesomely, idle was normal etc... I threw the tires back on, dropped it off jacks and tried to drive it to a gas station but as soon as I got about 15 feet and tried to shift from first to second it just started to idle which leads me to my problem.

Now no matter what gear im in the car acts as if its in neutral, but if I have it in first gear with the clutch out, even tho im not moving, the rpm goes up to about 5 mph, in 2nd gear to 10 mph, 3rd gear to 15 mph, 4 gear to 25 mph, 5th gear to 35 mph...

I dont know what I did or what this could be, i tried to do some searching but im not entirely sure what im looking for, so i appreciate any advice and help any of you could give me! Thanks for your time!

 

I solved it, if anyone else ever has this problem, i found that my axels were not in completely

 

weird...never heard of that before...i'm guessing the axles were not in on the tranny side?
