Alright, I have been searching for the solution to my problems and can't really find the correct term.

What are the 3 or are they all the same? Is it a main relay a fuel relay or main fuel relay? I see people calling them all 3 to address the same problem.

My problem is when attempting to start my 92 civic the fuel pump doesn't always prime or if the car is started the car will idle rough then die and take several minutes of trying to get it to start and run. Additionally, when you turn the key to start there is just a click, not as if the battery is low, just a single solid click.

 

I believe the correct term should be PGM-FI Main Relay. But yeah, they're probably all referring to the same thing.

As for the "Click" sound when trying to start. Sounds like the Starter isn't engaging. I usually start with knocking the Starter with a Hammer or Hammer with a long extension, whatever works at the moment. Good luck.

I would but my cost at Honda is $35. In all my years messing with Honda's I never had to mess with this issue.

Soldering the main relay would be much cheaper than buying a new one.

 

I already got the new one in, perhaps I will do that to the old one and sell it to offset the cost.
