Default DB7 suspension help

I recently purchased a 1997 integra sedan. In my opinion, in its current state, the car is an ugly mess. The car is on steelies. I think a good drop, and a set of wheels are the first two things on my list and will help it look nicer. I have looked in the slammed...suspension setups thread, and really can't get a good answer. I want to slam the car and i don't know what set-up will be the best "bang for buck." I am not too worried about the ride being smooth, because i am willing to deal with it being bumpy, and spending less. I am looking to spend under $1000. Any response would be great, and i really appreciate your help. thanks in advance

Tried and true Koni/GC with top hats front and rear since you want to slam. If you don't need lifetime warranty then PIC apex.

And where do you propose he find that for under $1000?

Koni/GC + front top hats should be around $900. You shouldn't need aftermarket top hats for the rear.
