Icon6 (2001) H22A4 w/ AT Swap into (1996) Accord LX

Hello everybody!

This is my first post after reading and searching from some time through the forum so if missed the information please guide me in the right direction.

I recently purchase a H22A4 with AT transmision from a Prelude 2001 (base model) to put into my 96 Accord LX. I know this year has the Inmobilizer function on the ignition so I removed the steering column with all the components of the ignition and also have the original key from the car.

In addition I removed the following itmes for the swap from the Prelude:
* ECU (P5M) and AT Control Unit.
* Complete harness that goes thru the fire wall and into the dashboard.
* AT Transmision Shifter (trip-tronic) with conectors.
* Engine with transmision including intake with all components, exhaust manifold, emissions box, and all engine harness.

Next thing I will be removing is the main harness that goes from the under/hood fuse box to the under/dash fuse box.

QUESTIOS:
* Is this all I need to make sure this engine runs at 100%?
* Do I need to remove that main harness from the fuse boxes or can I just use the one on the Accord instead? or will I be better off removing it also?
* Does the exhaust manifold (headers) on the prelude will attached without any issues to my catalitic on the accord.
* Where can I get the wiring identification for the wires comming out of the ECU and AT Control Unit?

Once finished I will be posting pictures and details of how everyhitng fit togetther and how much it cost me so everybody can benefit as well.

Thanks

first problem i see is that you removed the steering column for nothing because the 96 accords and preludes did not have the immobilizer.

if it is the base model prelude then yes the exhaust manifold should bolt right up, it might be a bit too long though. we accidentally purchased an sh header and we ended up having to get an aftermarket cat and having it welded in

otherwise sounds like you got it all already.

im looking at doing the same swap except sh with auto atts into my 97 accord i have a donor car im gonna strip and thinking about stripping dash harness and firewall harness and all to make atts work correctly. probably more work than i wanna do, id like to see someone who has already done it, seen any?

Actually it from the 2001 Base Lude that I am removing the steering wheel and ignition components. That is why it was removed or otherwise the P5M ECU from the lude would not work. I am also stripping down the lude of everything I may need. Will keep you posted once I get it finished and all the things that needs to run properly.
