Default civic feels like it bogs from dead stop

ok so its been like this for a while..everytime im at dead stop at a light when im taking off it feels like the car is boging it takes off real slow and the wen it reaches higher rpms dats when u feel the motor is drivingwith mpre power its a d16z6.......recently changed the fuel filter and put oem spark plugs.

u think so..cuz wen i change the clutch i put a stock exedy clutch less than a year ago ..and for couples of months its been like that.. my boys sohc non vtec can spank mines

only way to know for sure is to test your tps...mine was bogging and jerking like crazy and i replaced the whole throttle body with tps from a junk yard and it fixed my problem...keep in mind that this was on a ef/ed civic but im pretty sure the tps has the same bad symptoms for both...!!!

iight ama go to the junk yard tommorow n get one ..i was wondering would a b20 tb give my d16 more power cuz my boy has a b20 tb on his motor thats what he told me

Possibly a bit (probably not). Though it's quite useless without porting the intake manifold's inlet to match the size of the throttle body. What's the difference if the bottleneck is at the throttle body or at the intake manifold?

I tried to adjust the screw on the throdle to see if the rpm will change it stays below no won't go any higher adjusting it idk y
