i just had a new magnaflow muffler weld on to my custom exhaust system on a del sol. i've notice after i drive it for about 10-15 mins my exhaust started to rattle. it rattled really loud when i downshift or accel hard. the sound is coming from right behind my passenger seat. is there a quick fix? maybe use a themal tie and the heat sheild and the exhaust pipe together. would that work? or go to the muffler shop to get a couple new hangers and get them welded on again? or if there's any diy solution please let me know. the rattling noise is driving nuts.

look underneath the car to see if any of the heatshields are loose. the welds on them usually rust away n they come loose n rattle. i jus take em off n make sure the exhaust isnt touching anything. or try running the car and looking under it to see whats making the noise.
