h22/f22 dual tentioner
I don't understand your question. There is only one timing-belt tensioner on these motors.
Undo the tension on the belt, slide it off the camshaft gears, then take your cylinder head off, assembly is in reverse order.

The H22 uses an auto-tensioner, of course. Its impossible to release the tesion without taking it all apart. But before you remove the head, you can "lock down" the auto tensioner by loosening the 10mm lock pin sticking out of the timing cover. Back it out until it stops and then snug it a bit. You are now able to remove the camshafts without the auto-tensioner fully extending. Does this help?

probably not.
well i mean u know how the h22 and f22 share dual tentioners and usually ppl say its a pain in the butt to adjust it once its taken off like when u do a head gasket change i was just seeing if anyone makes a tentioner deletion kit that way its just one tentioner insted of a dual one sorry if im confusing you guys
Well you cant really delete the tensioner for the timing belt. How would it stay tight? You can convert it to manual tensioner from an H23 engine. Check in the FAQ section. You can also delete the balancer belt tensioner. Rosko racing and Kaizenspeed have balancer elimination kits. But setting up the belts isnt all that difficult.
