88's have a different rear lower control arms, thats typically why only 89-91 applications are offered.
all you will need is rear lower control arms from a 89-91.

Well I was gonna go with skunk2 sports and gotta spend an extra 200 for control arms or whatever. But what are your opinions on tokico blues or the kyb gr2. I only need something for dd not tuning or anything. Mine are blown all around and I have some egay coilovers. I am only going to be able to afford around 300 bucks. What are your suggestions and no I don't wanna go back to a stock spring.

you can always get shocks for an ITR, they use the same LCA's as our 88's

You don't have to spend nearly that much. You can go to the junkyard and pick up any LCA's from any Civic 89-95 or Integra 90-01.

im just curious as to why they only sell the rear koni str-t shocks and not the front ones for the 88-91 civic...seems they have them listed as part (8050-1045) but they aren't available for purchase not even from the koni website...they only sell the rears which are (8050-1012)...!!!
