Heads Up Import Drag Racing at Kinston Drag Strip, Kinston, NC! 100% PAYOUT!

I am posting this on behalf of Bobby Smith, the owner and operator of Kinston Drag Strip in Kinston, NC. He is trying to develop some type of heads up import drag racing event to be held on the first Thursday night of every month throughout the 2010 season. It will be held during their Thursday night test and tune session from 6-10pm. The normal entry fee is $15 to make practice runs. But another $10 will get you entered in the Heads Up Import Racing Event.

100% payout!! This means if 10 cars enter ($10 each), the winner will get roughly $75 and the runner up will get $25. If 25 cars enter, there will be a $250 purse and we'll probably have payouts for the Winner, Runner Up, and Semis. Trophies will also be given out to winners as well.
Depending on the types of cars that express interest here, we can do 1/8 mile or 1/4 mile racing. We can also have a Forced Induction and a Naturally Aspirated class instead of just an all out Quick 8 type of event which mixes turbo'd and NA cars together. If the 1/4 mile trap speeds start getting over 130-140mph in a particular class, they'll probably make it an 1/8 mile heads up event due to the length of the track, which in my opinion will be just as fun. So I am assuming the FI'd class will be 1/8 mile and the NA class will be 1/4 mile unless some of the NA big dogs start showing up that run 10s and 11s all motor.
A 4 hundredths pro tree will be used to almost eliminate all red lights and actually see some competitive racing even with the more inexperienced drag racers.
Cars must be of import origin. The classes will be catered to the people that post here and are somewhat local to NC, so please feel free to post any suggestions you may have to make this a successful racing event. I will be sure to forward all suggestions to Bobby, the owner of KDS.

UNLIMITED IMPORT - Designed for all imports with minimal restrictions. FWD 4 & 6 cylinder domestics are also allowed. ENGINE: Engine swaps permitted. Engine manufacture must match chassis manufacture. EXHAUST: Open exhaust permitted. NITROUS OXIDE, SUPERCHARGER, TURBOCHARGER: All forms of power adders permitted. TIRES: Racing slicks permitted. INTERIOR: No restrictions on interior. BODY: OEM glass may be replaced with Lexan or other shatterproof material, minimum thickness 1/8-inch.

2. Batteries must be securely mounted.
3. Major body panels must remain on vehicle, such as, hood, fenders, doors, trunk lids, bumper covers, etc., in order to resemble a car, and may be replaced by lightweight replacement panels.
4. All racing will be Heads-Up with 4 tenths Pro Tree. The first car to cross the finish line wins the round.
5. Both classes to be run on Pro Ladder. #1 Qualifier will run slowest in the round eliminations.
